Painting, Drawings/Works on Paper
Have you been inspired to redo your garden or plant a new one? During this two-part workshop, you will plan the garden of your dreams with methods used by industry professionals. Learn processes, tips and tricks the pros use to create a functional, beautiful and sustainable garden. You will then have some time to take those ideas home and work on your own design. On the Saturday session, you will return to the garden with your homework and can get feedback and discuss design solutions. The class will be co-taught by Lisa Bauer and George Lasch. Lisa is a multiple award-winning landscape designer and owner of Chartreuse Landscape Design. George is an instructor in the horticultural program at Edmonds Community College and he was the Border Supervisor of the Perennial Border garden at BBG for many years and was a key player in its renovation. and is an instructor at Edmonds Community College. The first meeting is on April 4th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM and the second meeting is on April 20th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Price: $65 BBGS members/$75 nonmembers.
